Fee Structure from January 2026

Under 3’s 

                 Half day £47.00 (non-funded days) £9.40ph(During Funded Days)

                 Full day £58.00 (non-funded days) £5.80ph(During Funded Days)

Over 3’s 30 hour Funded Children

               Half day £41.00 (Non-Funded Days) £8.20ph(During Funded Days)

               Full day £51.00 (Non-Funded Days) £5.10ph(During Funded Days)

Over 3's 15 hour non funded Children

              Half Day £46.00

              Full Day £56.00

• Our times are Half days 07:30-13:00 / 13:00-18:00  (We are open to a little flexibility please discuss your requirements with management)
• Full days 07:30-18:00

Under/Over 3’s pays for whole sessions during the times above if not funded, if funded you can choose to buy their attendance by the hour during funded periods only but will be charged per session during non-funded periods.

• Everyone attending our setting is entitled to take up to 6 weeks leave a year with 50 per cent discount within HMS SULTAN published leave and 25 per cent outside of a published leave period, if the correct notice period is given - this is a minimum of 4 weeks.

• Funded children DO NOT receive holiday discount during funded periods.

• We do not charge for Bank Holidays.

• We do not stipulate a minimum number of sessions that each child attends.

              However, if buying hours you must do a minimum of 5hrs per day.

• One months notice, in writing, is required to change sessions/hours along with a £50 admin fee.

• One months notice, in writing, is required when you want to leave the setting, or you will be charged the following months fees.

• We reserve the right to increase the fees at any given time, notice will be given and we always try to keep our costs reasonable.

• We reserve the right to cease your placement if fees are not paid.

Government Funding

We offer funded hours for all aged children from 9 months to 4 years. Please follow the links below to check your eligibility. We will need to receive any codes given for your eligibility; without these we cannot claim any funding and we never assume you want to claim with us.

Over 3’s funding link:

• Over 3’s funding will be deducted on your invoice by the hourly rate of £5.00ph, funding is only given on full weeks and only during term time only.

Please note that we only offer funding over 38 weeks of the year.

If you wish to discuss a term time only placement, you must advise us and this must be agreed by management, we never assume people’s attendance patterns.

Meals charges:

The funding will only fund your child’s attendance It does not include meals.

Children are provided with Breakfast, Snack, Lunch and Tea during a full Nursery Day. Children in receipt of 30hr funding will be charged a fee of £7.50 per funded day. Children who are currently in receipt of 15hrs funding will not be charged unless you only attend for 15hrs a week then the will be apply. 

Deposit

£50 refundable deposit is payable on completion of your waiting list application form. This will secure your child’s placement. (Without your deposit payment your child's placement is not guaranteed).

Fee increase

Please note that our fees increase every September/January and with every minimum wage increase. We will give you as much notice as possible.
